Some things I need to ask.

"do not set the brush to screen" I really don't know what you mean by that, you think you can clarify?
the warp- I found it, but I have no idea how to set my settings, you think you can please explain any of that? It just didn't seem to do anything when I tried to use it

[link] This is what I tried it on, I also tried to make circular motions with my brush and smudge tool to give it more smokey effects, not sure how well it worked. But I guess it's just my first one. ^^;

hmmm.. i believe i can clarify a little if i understand corectly. :3
now, for the "do not set the brush to screen" part, i was meaning, "in th brush settings keep your brush mode 'normal' dont chande it to screen" if that helps. XD
also, i think it would help more if i knew the program you where using. XD

and the worp tool, depending on the program can sometimes be tricky to find, in gimp its called "IWarp: and it the "Liquify tool" in photoshop, remember to click the diffrent buttens to preform diffrent tasks, you draw on the deformations yourself by drawing on the preview box.

and you did good, having not known the deforming tools you did awesome with it. :3
